How to Connect Your Facebook Ads Insights in JugaadX
If you are running ads on Facebook and Instagram, monitoring your campaigns is crucial to understand performance, optimize strategy, and measure ROI. JugaadX makes this easier by allowing you to connect your Facebook Ads Insights directly within the platform.
This step-by-step guide is designed for users who may not be very technically sound. By the end of this guide, you’ll be able to seamlessly connect your Facebook Ads account with JugaadX and start tracking performance.
Step 1: Log in to Your JugaadX Account
Open your browser and go to JugaadX.
Log in using your registered login number and OTP.
Once you’re logged in, go to the Ads Insights section from the left-hand menu.
Step 2: Start the Connection Process
Inside Ads Insights, click on the Connect Account button.
A new window will open asking you to sign in with your Facebook account.
Step 3: Log in to Facebook
Enter the login credentials (email/phone and password) of the Facebook account that manages your business assets.
Click Continue.
If you’re already logged in to Facebook on your browser, it will automatically detect your account and prompt you to continue.
Step 4: Select Business Account & Ad Account
After login, Facebook will ask you to choose the Business Account you want to connect.
Select the account linked to your ads.
Next, select the Page you want JugaadX to fetch data from.
You can select one or multiple Pages depending on your needs.

✅ Manage Ads – so JugaadX can fetch data from your campaigns.
✅ View Campaigns – so you can see active and past ads.
✅ Access Insights – so JugaadX can generate performance reports.
✅ Business Settings Access – to ensure smooth integration across accounts.
After selecting accounts and enabling permissions, click Save, Facebook will confirm that your account is now connected. You’ll be redirected back to JugaadX Ads Insights where your ad data will start syncing automatically.
Step 6: View Ads Insights in JugaadX
Once connected, you can:
Track spend, reach, and engagement.
Monitor campaign performance in real-time.
Generate reports directly from JugaadX without switching to Facebook Ads Manager.
Common Issues & Quick Fixes
❌ Didn’t see your Ad Account? – Make sure your Facebook account has Admin or Advertiser access to the business ad account.
❌ Data not syncing? – Recheck if all permissions (Manage Ads, View Campaigns, Insights) are enabled.
❌ Multiple Business Accounts? – Ensure you select the correct one that is actively running ads.
