This guide will walk you through the steps to integrate your WooCommerce store with JugaadX using the official dashboards of both platforms. The different triggers added by our Engineering Teams in Bot Studio are as follows:

🔗 Step-by-Step Guide to Connect WooCommerce with JugaadX

✅ Step 1: Log In to Your JugaadX Dashboard

1. Go to JugaadX and log in using your credentials.

2. Navigate to Settings

1. Navigate to the Integrations tab from the left-hand menu.

1. Click on WooCommerce from the available integrations.

1. Input the Website URL and Click on Connect WooCommerce:

1. Click on Approve

1. WooHoo!! WooCommerce and JugaadX Synced.

1. You can create a simple Bot that will send Thank You- template to customers once they have successfully purchased the order. ( Map – Customer Name, Product Name and other variables according to your template)

1. Customers can now go to your Website and purchase the items or services or products which they want.

2. You can track the order completed on WooCommerce dashboard.

1. Now go to JugaadX in the left Panel > Chats section you can see that the Bot you had created of Order Purchased- with Thank You Template will automatically get triggered.

1. Once the order is completed you can also have one Order_Completed Bot which will send the customer the delivery confirmation.

1. Now go to JugaadX in the left Panel > Chats section you can see that the Bot you had created of Order Delivery Confirmation- will get triggered once the order is delivered.
