Send Dynamic PDFs via JugaadX WhatsApp Broadcast Using Google Sheets

With JugaadX’s Google Sheets extension, you can easily send customised PDF messages directly to your customers. Follow these steps to set up and start broadcasting messages.

Step 1: Install JugaadX WA Broadcast Extension

1. Open the Google Sheet containing your customer data.

2. Go to Extensions in the top menu.

3. Click on Add-ons > Get add-ons.

4. In the search bar, type JugaadX WA Broadcast.

5. Select JugaadX WA Broadcast and click Install.

6. Once installation is complete, close the add-on pop-up window.

   

Step 2: Launch JugaadX WA Broadcast Extension

1. Go to Extensions in Google Sheets.

2. Select JugaadX WA Broadcast and click Send WhatsApp Message

   

Step 3: Configure Message Settings

1. Select Rows:

   • To send the message to specific rows, choose Select Rows.

   • To send the message to all customers listed in the sheet, select Entire Sheet.

2. Map the Fields: Use the dropdown menus to map each field accurately:

   • Phone Number: Select the column containing customer phone numbers.

   • Customer Name: Select the column with customer names.

   • PDF Column: Select the column where PDF links are stored.

Step 4: Choose the Message Template and Channel

1. Select a Template: Choose the template you want to send to your customers from the dropdown.

2. Select Channel: Choose the appropriate channel name to send the message.

Step 5: Send the Message

1. After configuring all the options, click Send Message.

2. The JugaadX extension will start sending personalised WhatsApp messages with the dynamic PDFs attached.
